Providing evidence-based interventions in an individualized experience

Welcome! I’m Dr. Nicole Feeling

Life doesn’t always go the way we planned. Maybe you’re adjusting to a health condition that’s changed how you move through the world. Maybe pain or fatigue is wearing you down. Or maybe anxiety, stress, or low mood are making everyday tasks feel harder than they should.

At Resilience Psychology, I work with people who are navigating tough transitions—whether that’s a new diagnosis, ongoing health challenges, or just feeling overwhelmed by life. Together, we’ll figure out what’s getting in the way and build tools that actually help. We’ll focus on what matters to you and take things one step at a time.

Therapy with me is a team effort. I use research-backed approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), but more importantly, I get to know you. What’s working, what’s not, and what kind of support helps you feel more like yourself again. Sometimes that means learning new coping strategies. Sometimes it means making space for grief, frustration, or uncertainty. And sometimes it’s about rediscovering what brings you meaning and energy.

Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. If you're ready for something to shift, I’m here—and I’d love to help.
